Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Roadbeacon. We want you to be seen and get home safe β€” and that starts with getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship from US-based warehouses for fast delivery.

*Delivery times are estimates from the ship date, not the order date, and are not guaranteed. Total time = processing time (1–2 business days) + transit time.

Note: Because our items ship from different warehouses, orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal β€” the rest of your order is on its way.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at roadbeaconstore@gmail.com.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to [the United States only / the US and Canada β€” confirm your choice]. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't ship there yet.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays or high-volume periods (holidays, sales)
  • Severe weather
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has shipped, but we'll always help you track it down β€” just reach out.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at roadbeaconstore@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days at roadbeaconstore@gmail.com with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We'll make it right.
